  • Lease Agreements:
    • We have national lease vendors that we work with to provide financing options when acquiring a copy machine or printer.
    • Simple Fair Market Value Lease options or “lease to return your equipment at the end of the term.”
    • Simple $1 Buyout Lease options or “lease to own the equipment at the end of the term.”
    • In-House Lease options to assist new business start-ups or to accommodate certain credit situations.
  • Maintenance Agreements:
    • Includes toner, drums, parts, labor, and service calls.
    • Includes a loaner or replacement machine program.
    • 4 hours or less response time.  A lot of times when can troubleshoot your situation over the phone.
    • We offer maintenance agreements on all leased and purchased machines.
    • We offer continued maintenance on machines that are kept after your lease is over.
    • Remote supply and meter read monitoring.
    • We auto-ship your supplies and toner when levels are low.
  • Charge Call:
    • If not currently on a maintenance agreement, we can still come out and service your machine.
    • We will provide an initial onsite assessment for $95.00.
    • If needed, we will then provide a quote for parts to fix your machine. 
  • Copier/Printer Networking Service:
    • Includes connectivity of your copier/printer to your current network environment.
    • This includes setting up scan to email, scan to folder, and setting up print drivers. 
    • We can assist your IT department on setting up the copier in your environment
  • Rental Agreements:
    • We are here to assist local and national companies that are needing a multi-function copier for conventions and special projects.
    • Daily, Weekly, Monthly terms are available
    • Full Service Maintenance programs included as well.
